If your HOURS SAY YOU STAY OPEN INTIL 11. And you when the light outs at 10:00 pm. That’s NOT cool!!!! I really wanted my food because he better than other drive thru in PV You let down, yyou always said you had the meats. But i couldn’t get any because ur lighters were off !!!!!

French dip and no fake meat keep it up arby's you got the meat.

My food was not fresh and hot it tasted and felt like it had been sitting for awhile. This is not the first time, I'm about to the point of the thought of Arbys in general makes me sick. I dont like to be negative but when its everytime I go and I have even reported it to the manager a couple of times but still no change.

Food was good, the service was okay. The girl working looked irritated that she had to enter my coupon after I had already pulled up to the window. She also tried to tell me that the coupons I got in the mail weren't active yet and I had sit there until she realized she was looking at the expiration date. Also I did not get all of the sauce I asked for. Will be avoiding this arby's.

Tried this gyro salad and it was so good for a fast food place. Yumm!!

Wait time was fast. Restaurant cleanliness is horrible. Not one clean table or chair in the place. Had to ask to get someone to clean a table. Only one table was cleaned. Now that I have gotten my order, as I expected, not good. I ordered the turkey club. It was cold and the bacon tasted leftover from the day before. Absolutely the worst Arby's I've been too. Avoid this restaurant if possible.

Slow. I ordered a medium order of curly fries to go. It took 30 minutes to get my order and I had to ask the worker how much longer it would be or I probably wouldn't have gotten it then.

Good fast food and great service

Friendly service even when swamped with fifteen plus people at once. Food came out promptly. Everybody's order was correct. We had a nice time there. Food was good. We keep going back because they are so nice and don't get frazzled when they see a big crowd flocking in.

I had the French dip sandwich and the bun was stale. Also the bathroom floor was not clean.

They have the best roast beef sandwich around and it. Is always very clean.

Arby's is always better than McD, Wendy's, or Burger King. I rate it 4,

The rueben was really good and fresh. Could have used a little more meat though.

One of the best experiences I've had at an Arby's. Very friendly staff. The girl behind the counter was very sweet. I wish I had caught her name. (She had tattoos on both of her arms. And was quite cute! ) I hope she has a Happy Valentine's Day. ^_^

Probably one of the worst Arby’s I have ever step foot in. We have come here two different times and neither experience has been pleasant. The first visit there was a fly cooked into our fries. The second time there was a giant cockroach crawling on the counter (have a picture). Both instances our service was slow but at least the staff is pleasant. The tables and counters were all covered in other people’s left overs or spills of some sort. Tried giving this place a second chance but will not be returning after this visit. Highly disappointing and I am disgusted.

I'm so hungry I could eat Arby's! Why are you even considering this unless you really want curly fries and nothing else. The one exception is when they have the Greek Gyro, it is actually pretty decent. Not good but decent.

The new brisket sandwich was very good didn't get the sauce with it had it on the side I put Arbys sauce was very friendly and they brought my food to me at my table

Thus is the best fast food place in Paul's Valley. That place down the street called Braum's is a place you shouldn't go to. Thus place tho is the bomb. It rocks. E A T H E R E. It's so worth it!!! I had this French dip and it rocks. This place deserves your company

Only had half the meet I wanted for there promotional meal. Then when I got the meal I wanted it had 1/4 the meat they showed on the screen. If it wasnt for there fries I would never pay for there meals.

There were fly's everywhere and took 20 minutes to get our food even thought there were only 2 people in the restaurant

Just stop by to get their Cajun fish sandwich, It was fresh and taste good as usual. That's the only place my family love to go to get fish sandwich, the other place we use to go to is too salty.

Nice hot fresh food & fast service.

The inside needs re-done horribly. if you go inside I'd suggest sitting in one of the metal chairs. the padding on the benches (all of them) is comparable to everyone's first hand me down couch. you're going to sink in and feel a beam of wood across your back the entire time you sit there. their food is ok.

Good food and unique as well. Staff were nice. It was a good escape from ou med center.

This is one my favorite, they are just like any one else as far as the drive through.if you go in the staff is friendly.
